Role Description

This is a full-time Director of Quality Control role at Red Boot Beverage located in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area. The Director of Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing all quality control aspects, implementing quality assurance measures, managing laboratory operations, and ensuring adherence to quality management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, chemistry, engineering, food science or related field
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing
• A minimum of five (5) years leading and developing teams (direct reporting line)
• GMP Certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Experience in Laboratory skills and Microbiology
• Knowledge of Quality Management practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
