Director of Quality Assurance - Ajulia Executive Search : Job Details

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Quality to lead quality assurance and compliance efforts across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for a proven quality leader with experience in high-speed, regulated manufacturing environments who can drive continuous improvement while ensuring top-tier product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Quality Systems (QS) functions across multiple sites.
• Develop, implement, and enforce corporate quality standards and procedures.
• Oversee audits, customer communications, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Partner with leadership to meet cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and development for Quality Managers and teams.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement in quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in natural science or related field.
• 5+ years of senior quality leadership experience, preferably multi-site.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence change, inspire teams, and build strong customer relationships.
