The Procurement Director will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a standardized category management platform to improve financial performance.
• Implementing components such as process and policy development, performance and compliance management, talent management, supplier management, IT integration, and internal relationship building.
• Supporting functional activities including establishing accountabilities within procurement and category management.
• Communicating policies and business drivers effectively.
• Driving procurement performance improvements.
• Aligning procurement and category management objectives with business goals.
• Assessing staff competencies and developing high-performing teams.
• Linking procurement strategies with supplier partner strategies.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers internally and externally.
• Integrating e-commerce strategies into procurement and category management plans.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6-10 years of Purchasing or Procurement experience
• Supervisory experience
