As the Director of Property Operations and Facilities, you will be the steward of our hotel's physical grandeur, overseeing the seamless operation and maintenance of our exquisite facilities. Your strategic leadership will enhance the beauty and functionality of our property, driving innovation, sustainability, and unparalleled guest satisfaction.

What will I be doing?

As Director of Property Operations and Facilities, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members, in line with our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the functionality and safety of physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems, and grounds, according to regulations.
  • Conducting regular facility inspections.
  • Managing routine maintenance, repairs, and documentation in the property maintenance management system.
  • Leading energy management, conservation, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Managing capital projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor bidding processes.
  • Obtaining necessary licenses and permits to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily department operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, budgeting, and system management.
  • Monitoring and developing team members through supervision, training, counseling, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
