Director of Project Management, Pharmaceuticals Job Description Director of Project Management (Pharmaceuticals)Direct HireTarget rate of $200K + relocation assistanceThe Director of Project Management will be responsible for leading the Project Management team and overseeing all new product development activities.P&L responsibilityLead and manage individual projects, including financials, timelines, sourcing, team dynamics, and customer service.Serve as liaison between Sales, Senior Management, and project teams for communicating expectations and results.Organize and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for new product development initiatives.Evaluate new business opportunities, including detailed cost analysis.Maintain effective communication with coworkers, customers, management, and outside sales representatives.Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringAt least five (5) years' experience in pharmaceutical Project Management or Technical Transfer rolesExperience managing new product development project teamsFamiliarity with cGMP regulationsExperience with customer contact and relationship managementSkills in managing multi-disciplinary teamsUnderstanding of business plans and financial impactStrong project management skills with high attention to detailAbility to lead and motivate othersExcellent communication skillsProficiency with Windows-based computersSirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
