About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Project Execution to drive the success of our solar PV projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee our preconstruction, project management, and construction teams, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will play a critical role in shaping our project delivery strategy and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve outstanding results
• Managing preconstruction processes to ensure effective planning and execution
• Overseeing construction activities to guarantee timely and within-budget project delivery
• Collaborating across functions to align goals and processes
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms
• Overseeing financial performance, including budget development and cost control
• Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 10+ years of experience in construction management within the solar or renewable energy sector
• A proven ability to lead and develop senior professionals
• Extensive experience with large-scale solar PV projects
• Strong expertise in managing EPC partnerships and navigating regulatory frameworks
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
