The Director of Program & Specialized Initiatives oversees the delivery of high-quality programming across all Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford sites and leads the development of strategic partnerships, specialized initiatives, and volunteer programs. This role ensures that programs and partnerships align with the mission, goals, and expectations of BGCH and BGCA, while also focusing on staff training and continuous quality improvement. Key Job Responsibilities:Manage the implementation and delivery of programs, services, and activities that facilitate achievement of Youth Development Outcomes. Supervise Club Directors and other assigned staff, setting performance and outcome expectations, providing career guidance, and offering regular feedback. Manage the implementation and maintenance of specialized initiatives, partnerships, and volunteer programs, ensuring a quality experience for all.
