The Director of Program Development and Implementation (DPDI) is a key member of the residential management team, overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of formal and informal programming interventions for residents at J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center. This role involves collaborating with the treatment team to assess residents' interests, strengths, and needs, and creating individualized programming plans. The DPDI evaluates the effectiveness of these plans and provides ongoing guidance and feedback. Additionally, the DPDI ensures active treatment services and supervises program specialists and the Residential Program Manager.
This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.
Salary Grade: ED21; Recruitment Range: $46,200.00 - 76,128.00
Position 60048677 - Program Administration/Residential, 8 am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri, with flexibility for 2nd shift and weekend oversight and supervision.
Note: School Educator positions are based on the candidate's education level and experience. While the position is classified as School Educator II (master's level), applications from School Educator I (bachelor's level) are also accepted, matching the minimum requirements.
