Director of Production & Analytics - Good Day Farm : Job Details

Summary

The Director of Production & Analytics will optimize cannabis production and product allocation to increase sales through quantitative analysis, mathematical methods, and modeling. The Director of Production & Analytics will be a cross-functional partner that will translate data-driven insights into recommendations to key stakeholder groups including Sales and Operations. This role will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, and VP of Finance & Analytics in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This role will be in the uniquely positioned to influence important decisions at one of the fastest growing and leading cannabis companies. The decisions we make can have long-lasting effects on the industry for years to come. You will work alongside and be supported by a team that is determined to win.

*We are open to this position being based out of our Chicago office, or our Headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and allocate biomass to maximize financial performance
• Obtain and manipulate data to perform quantitative analysis
• Own and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
• Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements & Proficiency

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical field - e.g. Operations Research, (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics
• Strong ability to perform business and sales analytics
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Proficient in data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
