We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.About the role:We seek an experienced Director of Product to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Immunai's emerging target and drug discovery platform, and lead the effort to build a successful product offering in this space. The ideal candidate possesses:

• Extensive knowledge of the target discovery and early drug development process - both what it is now, and what it could be
• Experience conceptualizing and developing platform solutions to address challenges and opportunities in the status quo in early discovery + development
• Ability to be opinionated on the potential of AI and data to transform target discovery outcomes
• Experience with both the business and scientific dimensions of target discovery partnerships

Location: New York, NY (hybrid role)What will you do?

• Define product vision and strategy for the emerging target discovery platform that aligns Immunai's core platform strengths with unmet industry needs for early discovery;
• Work with BD to grow this new business line - Define the GTM and market positioning
• Own the product roadmap and hard prioritization decisions to best balance near term objectives vs. long-term strategic goals, impact for both partnerships vs. for internal programs
• Stay on top of on market and customer feedback and insights; evangelize within Immunai
• Be the resident expert on latest industry developments, advancements in AI-driven drug discovery, and emerging complementary technologies - ensure our competitive edge.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through market success - grow the platform's market reach and impact

Requirements:Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in immunology, molecular biology, computational biology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in tech, biotech or pharma
• Direct experience in target discovery and early drug development
• 5+ years leading product efforts to develop solutions for unmet needs in this problem space
• Proven track record in developing and deploying AI and data platforms that have successfully driven differentiated outcomes in target discovery
• Strong understanding of the business of target discovery and partnerships - nuanced understanding of deal structures, terms, and the underlying value drivers
• Strategic thinker with a track record of translating complex scientific and market insights into successful product strategies.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing complex projects within fast-paced environments.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary typically between $200,000 and $250,000. There is an opportunity to consider higher compensation above this range based on business need, candidate experience, and or skills.
