Define and own the end-to-end BI and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with our AI initiatives and broader product vision. Serve as the internal and external evangelist for our BI/ Analytics platformarticulating how it drives business outcomes and strategic decision-making. Lead efforts to drive adoption of our BI solutions across the customer base. Monitor usage, customer feedback, and business impact to continuously improve the platform. Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure the solution delivers measurable value.
