The Product team plays a pivotal role at Route, creating the strategy and roadmaps that empower our Engineering teams to build innovative products for our merchants and consumers. The Director of Product is a high-impact, executive-facing role reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You'll directly oversee the Product Management team, and will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering and GTM teams to define and deliver differentiated enterprise experiences that scale.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Director of Product to lead the strategy, execution and team responsible for Route's end-to-end merchant-facing ecosystem – with a strong focus on enterprise needs and workflows. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role focused on pre- and post-sales support, demo and trial environments, and internal enablement platforms that ensure Route delivers exceptional value across our merchant base. You'll also maintain strategic oversight of our consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android) to ensure alignment between shopper behavior and merchant goals.

Pay Transparency
Salary for this role:
National: $217,000 – $228,000
New York: $241,000 – $255,000
The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Route employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
