Director of Product - Community Health Systems : Job Details

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Product Development leads the strategy, development, implementation, and

management of new and existing product lines to support organizational growth. This role

oversees the full product lifecycle across STAR+PLUS, STAR, CHIP, DSNP, and Marketplace

programs, with a focus on developing tiered Texas Medicaid products (Gold, Silver, Bronze)

aligned with HHSC regulations. The Director ensures operational readiness, regulatory

compliance, and high-quality program delivery by managing cross-functional plans,

coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring post-launch performance for continuous

improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or related field. required. A master's degree in a relevant filed is preferred but not required.
• Work Experience (Years and Area): 10 years, experience with managed healthcare in STAR+PLUS, STAR, CHIP, Medicare (DSNP), and Marketplace
• Management Experience (Years and Area): 5 years management experience
