We have partnered with a leading fintech innovator and we are currently looking for a Director of Product Design to join the growing team.

Role: Senior Software Engineer

Location: New York, NY

Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a track record of leading mature design teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or closely collaborating with user research professionals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, user-centered design solutions, creative strategy, mature design systems, and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and research tools such as Figma, UserTesting, FullStory, PowerBI, Hubspot, and Dovetail, among others.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup/scale-up environment.
• Proven capability in leading design projects from inception to completion.

Offer: Up to $200K base salary depending on experience + benefits package.
