Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Preconstruction & Estimating team
• Oversee cost modeling, bid strategy, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Partner with executive, operations, and BD teams to align precon strategies with growth targets
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Drive continuous process improvement and best-in-class tools for preconstruction operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of preconstruction/estimating leadership experience within commercial construction
• Proven track record of team development, process improvement, and successful project pursuits
• Strong understanding of the full precon lifecycle: from conceptual budgeting to final GMP
• Effective communicator with a hands-on, strategic mindset
• Background in healthcare work is a major plus
