About the Role

Join our dedicated team as the Director of Philanthropy! We are seeking a passionate leader to enhance our comprehensive philanthropy program, focusing on major donors and planned giving. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of the program, including strategic planning, implementation, and management of functional teams.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Engaging with potential donors to foster relationships.
• Leading donor stewardship and cultivation efforts.
• Constructing and updating strategic plans for the Foundation.
• Advising on legal matters related to donations.
• Training staff and stakeholders to enhance organizational fundraising capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred) and at least 5 years of direct management experience in philanthropy, ideally within a healthcare setting. We are looking for individuals with exemplary communication skills, professionalism, and a proven track record in philanthropic success.

As the Director of Philanthropy, you will work closely with the Foundation Board and must possess strong fiscal management skills. You will be adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders. Your commitment to the Foundation's vision and mission, along with a passion for customer-focused service, will be key to your success in this role.
