The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Director of Pharmacy to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Dubuque, Iowa! Practice in a community health center setting that serves a 7000 square mile radius that includes Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin.

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.
With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details:
- Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. no weekends/holidays. Schedule within these hours to be discussed
- Full time position: 40 hours per week, no call
- Pharmacy fills on average 300 scripts per day with a very diverse patient population
- Pharmacy team includes: 3 Pharmacists, 1 temp Pharmacist, 1 Pharmacy Manager, 4 Pharmacy Techs, 2 part-time Drivers, & 1 Clerk
- EHR: Pioneer in Pharmacy; EPIC in clinic setting

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred but not required
