About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Director for Perioperative Services to become a vital part of our team. As the successful candidate, you will be a key liaison among the medical staff, patients, administration, nursing staff, and other divisions, focusing on delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. Your role will be crucial in the comprehensive planning, execution, and management of perioperative services, which include operating rooms, post-anesthesia units, pre-admission surgical testing, endoscopy, interventional radiology nursing, surgical short stay units, and central sterile processing.

You will hold 24-hour accountability for these critical services, overseeing human resources management, financial stewardship, quality assurance, safety measures, physician relations, and business development strategies. To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field—preferably a Master's degree—and have at least 5-7 years of healthcare management experience within acute or ambulatory surgery settings.

This position demands an individual with proven expertise in healthcare administration, exceptional leadership including strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to drive business outcomes by effectively motivating your team.
