Director of Performance Improvement - Lee Health : Job Details

The Director of Performance Improvement (PI) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving the design, execution, and sustainment of system-wide performance improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts across clinical and non-clinical areas to identify opportunities, implement data-driven solutions, and build a culture of continuous improvement. The Director will oversee a team of improvement consultants and lead high-impact projects aligned with organizational strategic priorities such as quality, access, throughput, cost efficiency, and patient experience.
