Position Title: Director of People OperationsFounded in 2003, Praesum Healthcare provides administrative services for healthcare providers in key geographical locations throughout the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. Praesum is an established leader in the healthcare industry. With a solid, growth-focused business model, strong finances, and expert management team, Praesum will continue to grow in the years to come. Praesum currently provides services to behavioral health facilities providing all levels of care from inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse detoxification, through SUD and mental health outpatient clinics.The Director of People Operations for our multistate behavioral healthcare organization will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the human resources function across our 30+ locations that provide mental health and substance abuse treatment on both an inpatient and outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare compliance and have a proven track record of successfully leading HR projects, HR teams, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR projects training and development
  • Implement and maintain functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
  • Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and address any concerns
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees
  • Manage and develop the HR team
  • Present and strategize with Senior Leadership
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • PHR or SHRM - Required
  • Experience in healthcare compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with ADP
  • Proven track record of successfully leading HR projects.
