DIRECTOR OF PATIENT SERVICES, HOME CARE **Description**

The Home Care Director of Patient Services is responsible for the clinical direction and supervision of all patient care services. Participates in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished, including development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor of Science, Nursing. Masters Degree in Nursing or health related field desirable. Five (5) years progressive experience in Home Care. Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a certified home care agency. BLS Certification. Current license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State. Demonstrates competency in clinical, management, communication and organizational and time management skills. Proven interpersonal and employee relations skills. Committed to provision of quality care. Self-directing ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Excellent communication, organizational, time management skills. High tolerance for stress.
