Director of Patient Care Services - UTMB Health : Job Details

The Director of Patient Care Services is accountable for the quality and efficiency of patient care services provided, the management of allocated resources, and effective planning, evaluation and administrative problem solving within assigned areas of responsibility. Assumes a key leadership role in patient care delivery system development and operations across clinical enterprise, collaborating effectively with physicians and other members of the health care team. Jointly accountable with healthcare leaders throughout the UTMB enterprise for achieving the UTMB mission. Represents UTMB within regional, state and national healthcare communities. Scope: The Director, Patient Care Services has strategic and executive responsibilities for multiple clinical operations.
