What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the entire enrollment pipeline for your campus—from initial inquiry to waitlist management.
- Conducting engaging info sessions and one-on-one discussions that turn interested parents into enthusiastic advocates.
- Frequently traveling to campus and local events to enhance visibility and build trust.
- Establishing partnerships with community organizations and influencers to raise regional awareness.
- Providing insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities.

- Using scripted sales tactics or transactional outreach methods.
- Compromising the mission or lowering standards to win over skeptical parents.
- Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or playing a passive role.
- Operating from behind a desk—this role is deeply rooted in community engagement.
Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a waitlist of over 150 students for your campus through a trust-based enrollment strategy and persistent parent engagement.
Basic Requirements
- Must live within commuting distance of one of these campuses: Arizona - Scottsdale; California - San Francisco or Santa Barbara; Florida - Palm Beach; New York - New York City; Texas - Austin.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Over 5 years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of earning trust and guiding sophisticated decision-making.
- Strong belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
