You'll be at the forefront of this growth, spearheading enrollment strategies across multiple cities. This role demands dynamic engagement with parents, fostering trust and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.Alpha redefines education with its innovative model where students complete core academics swiftly, focusing on essential skills in the afternoons. Your role is to guide parents with clarity and conviction, helping them embrace this transformative approach.Your mission includes establishing strong community connections, leading impactful information sessions, and activating parent advocates.   • FL: Orlando & Tampa
  • NC/VA: Charlotte, Raleigh, & Washington, D.C. (Chantilly)
  • TX: Fort Worth, Houston, & Plano
What You Will Be Doing
  • Managing multiple enrollment pipelines across 2–3 regional campuses simultaneously
  • Conducting engaging info sessions and personalized discussions to convert interested parents into advocates
  • Regularly visiting campuses and attending local events to enhance visibility and trust
  • Building alliances with community organizations and local influencers to elevate regional presence
  • Providing insights on parent perspectives, conversion patterns, and regional engagement prospects

  • Compromising standards or the mission to appease doubtful parents
  • Delegating relationship-building to campus teams or taking a passive role
  • Working solely from an office—this role necessitates deep community involvement
  • Managing a single, straightforward enrollment timeline
Director Of Parent Advocacy Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional enrollment by building 150+ student waitlists at multiple campuses through trust-based engagement, strategic outreach, and advocacy aligned with our mission.Basic Requirements
  • Residency in one of these regions: Texas (near Plano, Fort Worth, or Houston), Florida (near Orlando or Tampa), Mid-Atlantic (near Raleigh, Charlotte, or Chantilly, VA)
  • Proximity to a major airport or within driving distance to all regional campuses
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, outreach, or enrollment with families
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated capacity to build trust and facilitate complex decision-making
  • Strong belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-standard learning model
