Lake Behavioral Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Outpatient Services to lead and strategically guide our outpatient programs. This role is responsible for ensuring our services meet the needs of the community while aligning with the facility's performance goals. The Director will oversee administrative processes, manage geriatric services, and develop clinical treatment programs that foster a therapeutic environment.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in psychiatric/mental health, with at least 3 years in clinical/management roles.
- Licensure: Must hold appropriate Washington state licensure in mental health.
- Certifications: CPI and CPR certification required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and patient rights standards.

- Lead the development and implementation of clinical services and therapeutic programs.

Professional Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community agencies.
- Partner with Business Development to support outreach and marketing efforts.
Personnel Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise a qualified team.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Clinical Leadership & Quality Improvement
- Ensure interdisciplinary treatment planning and patient satisfaction.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
