🎓 Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in psychiatric/mental health, with at least 3 years in clinical/management roles.
• Licensure: Must hold appropriate Washington state licensure in mental health.
• Certifications: CPI and CPR certification required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and patient rights standards.
