Job Summary

The Area Director of Operations leads a team of General Managers for corporate restaurant operations within an area of up to 5 restaurants, ensuring people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image management, restaurant profitability, and cultural integration. Responsibilities include executing company policies, ensuring legal compliance, and managing restaurant operations to meet business objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

Education, Experience & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
• 3-5 years progressive management experience, with 3 years in multi-unit management preferred
• Experience with Papa John's management and ServSafe certification preferred
• Travel required
