Responsibilities

• Initiate various growth projects, including a test prep/tutoring segment and a career counseling segment.
• Structure the workflow for new segments and recruit staff for these new departments.
• Oversee the management and supervision of new staff within these departments.
• Guide the development of educational and instructional materials for both students and staff.
• Create website content to clearly communicate these new offerings to customers.
• Perform research to discover new markets and understand customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience as a business development or partner manager in higher education preparations industry
• Market knowledge of college admissions and test preparation/tutoring space is mandatory
• Created a SAT/ACT tutor program and/or experience as a tutor
• Entrepreneurial leadership and spirit
• Development of SAT/ACT teaching curriculum preferred
