As a leader in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Fiscal Management Services (FMSA), we are seeking a visionary Director of Operations to help shape the future of care and service delivery across Texas.Your RoleAs the Director of Operations, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the President and senior leadership, overseeing key departments and initiatives that drive operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role where your insights, innovation, and execution will directly influence the lives of those we serve.Key Responsibilities
  • Advise the President and executive team on strategic and operational decisions.
  • Lead and manage daily operations of CDS programs, with a focus on FMSA and HCBS services.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Monitor program performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Represent CDS in Texas at public events, conferences, and with partner organizations.
  • Oversee due diligence for acquisitions and the development of new programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations and policies.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in a senior administrative leadership role in healthcare.
  • 2+ years' experience with HCBS or FMSA programs (preferred).
  • Proven success in managing teams, developing programs, and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for serving individuals with disabilities and their families.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
