Our client is a large law firm with excellent benefits. They are looking for a Director of Operations

Job Function:

Design and maintaining optimal legal processes,

Deploy tactics to keep the legal team on budget,

Providing outstanding customer support to incoming legal requests from the business.

Lead negotiations,

Budgeting,

Purchasing,

Put efficient workflows in place to maximize a company's productivity and performance.

Develop long-term operational strategies

Work closely with senior management to meet company objectives.

Job Requirement:

Previous Operations Experience at a Law Firm

Able to work with multiple attorneys (around 40-60)

5 years experience
