Director of Operations - CiresiMorek : Job Details

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role

Preferred Requirements:

• Business Management experience
• Resource allocation experience

This role is responsible for directing department managers, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and ensuring overall P&L accountability. The Director of Operations will foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and engagement throughout the organization, from senior leadership to hourly employees.
