Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required along with a minimum of three years of operational leadership experience. Additional relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.

Licenses and Certifications

A valid administrator license is required in applicable states. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business use are also necessary.

Management Responsibilities

Utilizing strong analytical skills, you will oversee all operational functions, including resident care, marketing, and community management. You will manage department leaders, foster teamwork, and ensure our community thrives.

Key Skills

An advanced understanding of our operations and industry is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft software is preferred. Exceptional written and oral communication skills will help you prioritize tasks efficiently and set clear goals for your team.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and interact with staff and residents
• Lift items up to 50 pounds
• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required
• Travel may be necessary
• Potential exposure to communicable diseases and various workplace hazards
