Operations Director:
The Operations Director will lead the Operations Department in quality control of delivering on our promises. Organizing what we do into systems of how we do things is critical. Leading through others as a people leader with Leadership, Management, and Accountability and motivating others to be their best within the operations department and collaborating across departments is key.
Roles & Duties (Salary - how to reach the break-even point):
LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability of all people in the operations department)
Ensure our Company is Compliant with all NCAA regulations and live periods - work directly with the NXTPRO Operations Specialist in charge of our compliance and work directly with the NCAA and hold accountability to compliance and manage those critical relationships
Ensure compliance to every legal agreement we have with teams through proactive communication with all basketball club/programs within our network - hotels, jersey's, clothing, basketball's, rules, etc.
Control expenses within the department expense budget and innovatively find cost savings to reach budget line items - also bring revenue generation ideas to offset new expense requests
Creating and ensuring compliance with office procedures and processes.
Document and ensure usage within Asana (or our current technology) our step-by-step systems
Attend NCAA Live Period events and convention center events in person, otherwise stay at the office for central command or inspect
Organize and run conferences and strategic meetings
Collaborate regularly with our Facilities & Community Director to ensure compliance with all agreements and adequate court space for each event weekend
Critically think through Logistics of travel assignments and expenses for all personnel and equipment - find efficiencies (event connect)
Remember, that Directors are leaders of things, not necessarily doer of all things. Think as a leader.

Compensation Structure:
Base Salary $70,000-$90,000
