Job DetailsJob Location 301 ENTERPRISE DRIVE - PHILIPSBURG, PA Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Negligible Job Shift Day Job Category Management DescriptionGeneral Summary: This person will be accountable for the tactical aspects of core business processes such as engineering, production, estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer service. Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, manufacturing, or technology; MBA preferred
  • 5 years manufacturing management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Comfortable and capable operating on the manufacturing floor; Previous responsibilities may have included assignments in Operations, Manufacturing, Production, Materials (MRP/ERP) and Distribution
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage with P&L, financial metrics, KPIs, pricing & analysis.
  • Detail oriented with a pragmatic approach when it comes to planning, budgets, & financials.
  • Hands-on and resourceful
  • Competitive within a highly ethical and disciplined framework
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, fosters and thrives in a team environment
  • Passionate, clear, effective and open communicator (written & verbal)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, customer service, human resources and information technology functions
  • Recruitment, development, education and functional cross-training of all associates
  • Drive the development of company policies and standard operating procedures and ensures thorough, team-wide understanding of such
  • Analyze company operations to pinpoint opportunities for growth, and areas that need to be reorganized, restructured, or eliminated
  • Identify and address root causes of P&L non-conformances
  • Work performed in a manufacturing environment.
  • Follow the standards of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience:
