At CCS, you will join a diverse team of smart, passionate, and resourceful professionals who are driven by purpose and committed to performance.UNDERSTANDING THE ROLEWe are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Director, Finance and Operations Business Manager. This is a new role, reporting to the SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis and directly partnering with the CCS West Coast team leaders. As a team-specific Director, Finance and Operations Business Manager, you will play a key role in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting, business plans and monthly/quarterly reporting requirements with business partner collaboration. The Director, Finance and Operations Business Manager will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team and will partner directly with the Strategy & Operations Lead and Regional Team Lead. The regional Strategy & Operations team is charged with overseeing all key internal operations functions, including budgeting & forecasting, KPI analysis, executive support, business development, marketing, learning and development, and business systems.Working closely with both the Regional Team Lead and Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations, they will support processes and systems that enable operational and financial excellence. The key areas of focus include financial performance, staffing optimization, team culture, and positioning operations for scalability.RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Management/Business Management
  • Key thought-partner and advisor to the regional team, working in close partnership with the S&O Team Lead as well as the Regional Team Leader and other senior leaders
  • Support key strategic initiatives with CCS with financial modeling and data mining analysis
  • Prepare impactful visual presentation of complex data to facilitate decision making
  • Manage the annual budget and reforecast process for the regional working closely with the team lead, executives and S&O lead.
  • Prepare data analysis with complementary strategic recommendations
  • Lead the development and implementation of critical analyses and processes related to business partner function areas from conception to final rollout.
  • Develop long-range planning (3-year strategic planning) for the regional team.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality
  • Own regional operational analytics, including pulling and analyzing sales, margin, and staffing data
  • Lead analysis of all KPI including utilization ratio, sales metrics, market share/potential, reimbursable expenses and project pricing
  • Leverage Power BI and other tools to generate insights used for business development and marketing strategies
Staffing & Resource Optimization
  • Advise on staffing and hiring decisions, based on headcount against budget
  • Communicate needs for staffing working in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Talent Acquisition committee
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, team members, and staffing assignments in Monday.com
  • Track and manage staffing needs and questions, coordinating with the S&O Lead and the Client Onboarding department
  • Ensure timely communication and next steps for staffing decisions
Scaling Business Operations
  • Collaborate with the S&O Lead to create Team West regional implementation plans for new corporate resources and initiatives
  • Work with the S&O Lead to execute Quarterly Reforecasting and annual budgeting
  • Work with the S&O Lead to advise on process enhancements for annual activities (focal reviews, strategic plan, etc.)
  • Audit all available corporate reports and devise an implementation plan for further leveraging available data
  • Advising on Team needs (S&O team structure, emerging leaders, etc)for near- and long-term needs, based on meeting financial projections
Team Communications and Support
  • Maintain information used for Monthly Team Calls and Learning Hubs
  • Support team gatherings via operational, content, and administrative support, including regional convenings (annual retreat, regional HUBs), extended leadership team meetings, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in operations, strategy, or project management
  • Strong skills in financial and operational data analysis
  • Experience with staffing/resource planning and team coordination
  • Proficient in PowerBI, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and scale operations
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and advising leadership
