Position Summary
The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize the company's day-to-day operational functions, including warehouse management, logistics, ERP functions, and customer service. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and exceptional service delivery as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Oversee warehouse staff and delivery teams, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and accountability.
- Support ERP and systems improvements to enhance operational visibility and reporting.
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for operations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics. Distribution or hospitality supply experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and improving operational performance.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and inventory control.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
