Director of Operations - Vontier Corporation : Job Details

Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Lead the planning and execution of migration projects to Microsoft platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Power BI, Power Automate, and other related tools. Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth transition and adoption of Microsoft technologies. Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to monitor operational effectiveness. Manage cross-functional teams and provide leadership to ensure alignment with company goals. Oversee risk management and compliance related to operational processes and technology platforms. Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on operational performance and technology migration progress.
