We're partnering with a visionary ownership group to find a dynamic Director of Operations for a pre-opening luxury golf lodge in the West Texas area near Abilene.

This is not your typical resort. Picture two championship golf courses, a chef-driven restaurant and upscale bar, luxury rustic lodging, and wide-open spaces designed for adventure, relaxation, and connection. This independently owned destination promises to be one of a kind — and we're looking for a leader who can help bring the vision to life.

We're seeking a senior-level operator with a deep background in upscale food & beverage and luxury lodging operations. Someone who thrives in a startup environment, thinks creatively, and leads with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit.

This role oversees all F&B and lodging operations and will play a key role in shaping future growth and guest experience.
