Director of Operations – Ownership Track | Dallas, TX

Founded in 2014, TriArc Construction is a Dallas-based general contractor specializing in high-complexity commercial projects from $500K to $15M. In early 2023, we diversified our portfolio, strengthening our market reach and resilience — and now we need someone to help us scale with a 20% annual growth rate.

We're seeking a Director of Operations who will:

• Lead and develop our PMs, supers, and estimators.
• Implement and enforce scalable systems (Procore & SOPs).
• Drive operational excellence — on time, on budget, above client expectations.
• Serve as the steady operational partner to a fast-moving, growth-focused CEO.
