Director of Operations - Ametek : Job Details

Lead and manage multiple manufacturing sites to achieve operational, financial, and strategic goals. Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term strategic initiatives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to align operations with business objectives. Host customer visits and represent the company in external engagements. Mentor and develop site leadership teams to build organizational capability.
