Job SummaryThe primary focus will be to service the existing business operationally and financially, maintain relationships with current customers, and develop new business opportunities where possible.

• Participate in the planning and budgeting process; manage the regional budget in conjunction with the Vice President.
• Control overhead expenses within the region.
• Implement cost reduction and profit enhancement strategies.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with quality objectives and contractual requirements.
• Lead ongoing process improvement efforts to boost productivity and efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain current and prospective customer relations.
• Support business development activities, including new account acquisition and customer retention initiatives.
• Leverage existing relationships for new business opportunities.
• Develop the management team for professional growth.
• Ensure regional compliance with company policies, including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Oversee job inspections and address deficiencies.
• Ensure daily timekeeping and timely payroll submission.
• Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and inventory to meet contractual standards.
• Maintain constant communication with the Vice President of the region.

• 5-7 years' experience managing a janitorial operation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust, collaborate, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively.
• Technical knowledge of janitorial service delivery.
