Position Overview:

As a Director of Operations, you'll have the opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic healthcare environment. We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can drive excellence in pharmacy services and make a positive impact on patient care

What You'll Do:

• Lead all operational aspects of the company, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve key business goals.
• Manage, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team by promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes and enhance performance.
• Manage operational budgets, financial forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality control and implement measures to maintain high standards of service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Located near Mobile, AL

What You'll Bring:

• License: Active and in-good-standing Alabama Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician License.
• Education: Pharm. D.
• Experience: Need to have at least 5 years of pharmacy operations experience, 2 years of Pharmacy Management experience, 2 years of sterile compounding experience, and 1 year of pharmacy software experience.
• Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $70.00-$75.00 (depending on shifts and experience), relocation assistance available
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm (shift time may change)
