Director of Operations - Securitas : Job Details

Reporting to the Area Vice President, provides operational leadership for the Area; assures operations is effectively integrated with other Branch functions; manages shared services for multiple Branches; assists the AVP by being a critical resource in achieving short and long term business objectives; ensures delivery of quality services; manages operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service and profitability objectives. Coordinates and directs new client transitions. Implements client satisfaction drivers. Coaches, trains, and develops field managers and supervisors. Promotes client and employee retention initiatives. From an operational perspective, is the primary resource for the AVP. Job Duties:Ensures the delivery of high quality customer service through regular updates to the AVP.
