AFLALO is a modern luxury fashion house defined by elegance, opulence, and bold femininity. Were seeking a solution-oriented operations leader to build and oversee the systems that power the brandfrom DTC e-commerce and retail to logistics and customer experience.

The Role

Youll own the full operational backbone: inventory, fulfillment, shipping, customer experience, and ERP integration. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environmentssomeone strategic yet hands-on, who can scale infrastructure with both precision and pace.

• Own day-to-day operations across warehousing, shipping, inventory, returns, and customer experience
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and gross margin
• Oversee planning across inventory, fulfillment, and logistics to support growth and seasonal shifts
• Build and refine our ops tech stack (e.g. Loop, ShipStation), identifying tools to drive automation and efficiency
• Develop and track operational KPIs, using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
• Help lead NetSuite implementation and build scalable, tech-enabled systems across functions
• Manage retail store operationsincluding staffing, facilities, and in-store logistics
• Create clear SOPs to enable consistency, training, and long-term scale
• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and finance to align operational strategy
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within the operations

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in fashion or DTC operations
• Expertise in warehouse workflows, fulfillment, returns, and the associated tech stack that supports and integrates with Shopify
• ERP experience (NetSuite or equivalent) and a strong systems-thinking mindset
• Comfortable managing projects, vendors, and internal teams
• A builders instinctorganized, hands-on, and solution-driven
• Collaborative, clear communicator who thrives on accountability
