We are excited to bring on our next Director of Operations at CRM Properties. This leader will help us continue our momentum serving tenants and property owners in the greater Indianapolis area.
The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance and Renovations Department. This includes ensuring the department operates efficiently and delivers high-quality results. The Director is responsible for managing the systems, processes, staff performance, and strategic improvements that drive department-wide success. They will lead the Department of Maintenance & Renovations and their direct reports will include a project manager, head of maintenance, and technicians. This person will report to the COO.
