Streetplus Company, LLC (Streetplus) has immediate opening for the Operations Manager for the New York City metropolitan area.

OVERVIEW

Streetplus, the premier provider of clean, safe and friendly ambassador programs for the improvement district industry, is looking for a seasoned and experienced vice president of operations to oversee accounts in the New York City metropolitan area. The vice president of operations will be based out of Brooklyn, NY and expected to visit and support accounts in the New York City metropolitan area.

The Operations Manager will report to Streetplus ownership and will oversee and direct operational, financial, administrative and compliance functions for accounts in the area of responsibility.

EXPERIENCE

The successful applicant will have demonstrated senior management experience in the janitorial, security, safety, law enforcement, landscaping, or retain industry. Additionally, the successful applicant must be familiar with Microsoft Office products, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary to be successful.

Streetplus places a high value on customer and employee satisfaction and the successful applicant must have demonstrated experience dealing with human resources and customer management.

The majority of the job will focus on operations and the successful applicant must have verifiable experience with operations in the disciplines listed above.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operations Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver “world class” service to all customers
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Streetplus ownership, corporate staff, account managers, vendors, and customers.
• Provide support and direction in executing Streetplus strategic business initiatives.
• Oversee account operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, service, training, and effective use of all resources, especially financial.
• At the account level, review reports and other available data to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Working with the local account operations managers and corporate staff, ensure staffing levels are maintained and appropriate recruitment avenues are developed and maintained.
• Promote the company to customers through regular communication.
• Present company reports to Streetplus ownership.
• Ability to travel to other regions to assist with start-up activities, training, audits, and other tasks as identified by Streetplus ownership.
• COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The following compensation and benefits are provided to the Vice President.

• Annual salary $85,000.00-$95,000.00
