The Delia Group is growing its commercial real estate division, and we're seeking a proactive, detail-driven Director of Operations to support our team behind the scenes so we can scale faster and smarter. Primary Objectives
The Director of Operations will serve as the right hand to our commercial real estate operations team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence and driving efficiency across transactions, marketing, team management, and client communications.

Responsibilities
Transaction Management (Contract-to-Close):
- Oversee all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from executed contract to close. Ensure deadlines are met, critical dates are tracked, due diligence is managed, and documentation is organized and accessible.
Listing & Marketing Management:
- Manage and update active listings across multiple commercial real estate platforms (e.g., LoopNet, Crexi, Costar, MLS, etc.).
- Coordinate the completion of property marketing packages, working closely with internal and external resources to ensure accuracy and polish.
- Maintain consistency and visibility by scheduling and posting engaging, brand-aligned content on the company's social media platforms.
Document & Systems Management:
- Keep all transaction and due diligence files organized and compliant, ensuring ease of access for the team and clients.
- Draft and maintain critical dates sheets for contracts and LOIs.
- Prepare and manage contract addendums and assist in light contract review when needed.
Team & VA Oversight:
- Train, manage, and hold accountable a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), including overseeing task completion, productivity, and performance.
- Manage and process payroll for VAs accurately and on time.
Client & Lead Communications:
- Own the management of the company inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to incoming emails and property information requests.
- Ensure all inquiries are routed appropriately and followed up on without delay.
Website Management:
- Keep the company website updated with current listings, team updates, and marketing materials to reflect the most accurate and engaging brand presence.
Deal Support:
- Assist in the creation and submission of Letters of Intent (LOIs) for commercial properties.
- Maintain templates and documentation for efficiency and accuracy in future deals.
Qualifications
- Commercial real estate experience is REQUIRED with solid industry knowledge.
- Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
- Clear, professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for design and brand consistency.
- Proficient in financial tasks, including payroll and accurate recordkeeping.
