Gravity Haus is seeking an energetic and outgoing Director of Operations. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude and is driven to provide outstanding customer experiences.

As the Director of Operations at Gravity Haus Breckenridge, you will lead our restaurant's strategic and operational success and oversee member amenities, including StarterHaus (co-working), Dryland (fitness), and Onsen/Recovery spaces. You will manage the restaurant General Manager and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest and member experience.

This role is responsible for financial performance, team leadership, operational execution, member satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager to align efforts across departments and elevate the Gravity Haus experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing P&L for F&B and Membership departments
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Driving revenue growth through private events, partnerships, and new offerings
• Leading team development and performance management
• Overseeing member amenities and ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Collaborating with hotel operations and supporting cross-departmental initiatives
• Driving revenue through events and private dining
• Upholding brand values and fostering a positive team culture

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of management experience in upscale restaurants
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial statements
• Passion for hospitality, outdoors, and sustainability
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Benefits include: health insurance, 401(k) with company match, Gravity Haus Membership, and salary range of $100,000-$120,000 annually DOE.
