Position Summary:
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing comprehensive operations spanning design, production, procurement, quality assurance, and manufacturing execution. The role plays a critical part in advancing company priorities, managing cross-departmental initiatives, and supporting business growth through both capacity scaling and new product introductions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across key functions, including engineering, production, and supply chain.
- Drive operational excellence through efficiency improvements, cost management, and workflow optimization.
- Lead capacity expansion projects to accommodate growing customer demand.
- Collaborate with department heads from HR, IT, Sales, and Quality to ensure cross-functional synergy.
- Partner with HR to shape workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and team development programs.
- Analyze performance data, guide budgeting efforts, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Support product development cycles to deliver market-ready solutions aligned with customer expectations on cost, delivery, and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations management, or supply chain is preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to complex assemblies or precision machining.
- Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, including experience leading system deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and meet key operational goals.
- Deep understanding of production workflows, resource planning, and quality control practices.
- Competence in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software (e.g., NX or CATIA) is a plus.
- Competitive base salary between $150,000 and $200,000, with additional performance incentives.
