Position Overview:

Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to lead the daily operational functions of our new location in Union, New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for overseeing client flow, managing staff coordination, and ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring client schedules are properly maintained and all intakes are completed in a timely manner.
• Supervise operations staff, including providing regular feedback, support, and conducting weekly supervision meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to configure and update the daily group schedule.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all clients, including their assigned level of care, attendance, and progress.
• Communicate clearly with staff regarding their daily duties, client responsibilities, and organizational updates.
• Support and coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training to maintain quality and consistency across teams.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, licensure requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Manage all complaints, incidents, and investigations involving clients or staff and provide thorough documentation and resolution.
• Monitor and maintain facility appearance, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Support the growth and performance of the program, including quality assurance, patient satisfaction, and service outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and on-site operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives, including due diligence for growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare operations role.
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing program logistics.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
• Knowledge of licensing standards and behavioral health regulations.
