Preferably a 4 year degree from an accredited college or university but will accept minimum of 3 years and experience working in youth development.
Work closely with the Executive Director and Program Director to plan, implement and supervise all programs and activities under the umbrella of the SuAnne Big Crow Boys and Girls Club. Experience in education, healthy lifestyles, technology, leadership, cultural activities and the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the organization mission and philosophy.Implement programs, services and activities that support youth development outcomes.Provide direction to staff and volunteers in carrying out key roles assigned to them.Schedule and conduct weekly staff meetings.Represent the SuAnne Big Crow Boys and Girls Club at functions and meetings as required.Develop collaboration partnerships with other youth serving organizations, parents and community organizations.Develop and implement plans for updating existing resources and technology.Work closely with the Executive Director and staff to develop strategic plans to generate revenues through a variety of fundraising techniques. Oversee planning and implementation of special events.Recruit and supervise staff and volunteers in the performance of their duties to ensure productive and effective staff performance to ensure the organization's goals and philosophy are met.Work closely with the Executive Director to prepare the annual budget and ensure all grant/program financial reports are prepared correctly and in a timely manner for approval by the Board of Directors. Shall also work with youth center staff on fundraising activities. Shall prepare and present monthly operating narrative to the Board of Directors.Seniority Level
